Sequoia National Park

Even though Mom has lived in California for over 3 years, she has never seen much of its unique beauty. We took a couple of days and drove a few hours away to show her the big Sequoia trees. Even though I got sick on the drive down the mountain, it was so worth it to spend the time seeing God's incredible handiwork and telling each other how awesome He is. We had devotions as we sat on the bench (last photo) for hours. One scripture reminded us of another that told of the greatest of our God. It's pretty cool that you can carry the whole Bible with you on the iphone!
