Storytellers Cafe

The highlight of our trip to Disneyland today was a place called "The Storyteller's Cafe." It is actually in the Grand Californian Hotel which in downtown Disney. A friend had told Rita about it, so we searched until we found it. The hotel itself was a treat ~ the decor, the peacefulness, the grand piano in the lobby with a pianist playing disney songs and old standards.

Today we were interested in trying new things. We rode the Disney Fire Truck for the first time too! Jerry, the driver, took our picture. He taught us how to wave from the truck: "elbow, elbow, wrist, wrist, touch your lips and blow a kiss."

YAY!!!! Thank you for the blog update. It was great to see new pictures of you and the family! We miss you all so much!! Being there a few weeks ago just makes it worse I think...

we are also sorry to hear about Charlene, we happened to be there the Sunday Pastor Chris announced her illness again, and she has been in my prayers. She will be missed but I too am jealous that she is now worshiping at our Saviors feet, oh how precious is the family of God, we have the hope that one day we will see her again and finally understand the wonderful peace she is even now experiencing...

We love you all and look forward to a weekend here soon when we can come and sing with you and Duane :)
